Monitoring:
Monitoring is the ultrasound and bloodwork done to safely and properly time fertility treatment procedures.
This includes
- Bloodwork: E2, FSH, Prag, LH, HCG, TSH, Testosterone, drawn as needed during stimulation and Ultrasounds to measure lining, follicles, etc.
This excludes
- Any and all other bloodwork drawn during stimulation
- Diagnostic Testing
- Medications
- Any associated treatments
- PGT (PGD/PGS)Biopsy or Services
- Pregnancy Tests and/or Prenatal care
- Uterine Washes
- lntralipids and/or Infusions
- Any other service
Remote Cycle Management:
Remote cycle management is the fee charged to "travel" clients who live outside the area and are having their monitoring done at a third party facility close to their own home.
This includes
- Cycle management (providing instructions, receiving/analyzing/relaying results from local monitoring appointments)
This excludes
- Local monitoring
- Diagnostic Testing
- Medications
- Any associated treatments
- PGT (PGD/PGS)Biopsy or Services
- Pregnancy Tests and/or Prenatal care
- Uterine Washes
- lntralipids and/or Infusions
